Cassandra went from brand new to the industry to Property Manager in about four years, which tells you how much she throws herself at it. A Shellharbour local her whole life, she looks after tenants with a calm, unflappable manner that builds trust fast — very little ruffles her feathers. She really knows her stuff on strata-titled properties and stays right across every market change. Outside work she's a diehard Dragons fan, partial to a good feed and a lazy beach day, and has an oddly brilliant knack for spotting number patterns.
