Michelle's spent over two decades in real estate, half of it looking after landlords' investments, so there's very little about property management she hasn't seen. She came up through every part of a Harcourts office — reception, sales admin, personal assistant — which means she gets how the whole thing fits together, and she's known for clear communication, serious organisation, and finding the win/win for everyone involved. Her work's earned multiple property management excellence awards and, the big one, NSW Property Manager of the Year. Off the clock her happy place is the beach — the ocean, a good book, a favourite playlist, family, and her toy poodle.
