From the beginning when enquiring about properties Harcourts were absolutely lovely to deal with customer service was outstanding. When viewing a property to lease I met Selina who was very welcoming, made asking questions easy and was honest in how long the lease was for. I also came with my children who absolutely adored Selina, who made them feel welcomed. Selina kept us constantly updated in the progress of our application. Selina was able to upfront and fast in her responses making it really easy to know what we wanted to do next (eg look at more properties or wait). When signing the lease I had my son with me who wasn’t coping very well at the office. The l receptionist came out with a banana for my son to eat and Selina was out quickly to go through all the papcome pop out to my carwork. My son also managed to break something to which I was met with so much kindness although I feel terrible. When leaving the office I had noticed a personalised chalkboard saying congratulations to us on our new lease. It was really touching and very personalised making us feel so welcomed. When returning my paper work for the tenant inspection my son had fallen asleep in the car the receptionist was able to pop out to my car to get the paper work as it was no hassle. Casandra has also been great to deal with in relation to the property very quick and timely in getting back to us about any issues or questions. Luke is friendly and personable, and genuinely seems to care for his clients. He was always available for help or advice and nothing was too much trouble. On the day of our settlement, he spent over an hour trying to get the hot water service working so that we could settle on time without having to delay. He wanted to make our first home purchase an easy an enjoyable one and was happy to liaise between our conveyancer, the vendors solicitor, the vendors and ourselves to try and get the best outcome for all parties. We thank Luke for all his hard work and hope to work with him in the future.

Jacinta is a very responsible property manager. I've had her manage my property since we left Wollongong 7 years ago. She always keeps information between us and the tenants up to date. She finds the right people to fix any repairs promptly and offers a reasonable price. Her routine property inspections are also thorough.
