Friendly and accommodating. We met Jarath from Harcourt when we inspected the Calderwood house. Jarath was friendly and sincere at our first meeting and we felt that we could really trust him. Whilst he was very knowledgeable about the property I asked a number of technical questions and he did not pretend to know all the answers but did get me answers to all my questions within a short period. Through a number of inspections and the negotiation and sale process we came to know Jarath personally and were impressed with his openness and sincerity.
